Agreement to Terms By purchasing from this store, you acknowledge and agree to:

• The shipping schedule and pre-order notice

• The final sale policy
• All terms stated in the Shipping and Delivery and Shop Policies sections

All sales are final 24 hours after payment is made. We reserve the right to cancel any order if fraud or abuse is suspected.

Intellectual Property The use of any artwork or design elements from this store for AI/machine learning training purposes, unauthorized reproduction, or commercial use without explicit written permission is strictly prohibited.

Governing Law These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Quebec, Canada. Any disputes arising from purchases made through this store shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Quebec.
