I entered the wrong shipping address. What should I do?
If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order via DM or email. We'll do our best to update it as quickly as possible!
Are your products waterproof?
It depends on the product! Only items specifically labeled as waterproof in the product description are waterproof.
How long does shipping take?
Canada: 3–7 business days
USA: 5–10 business days
International: 2–4 weeks depending on customs processing !
When will my order be shipped?
Orders are typically dispatched within 1–3 business days, barring any unforeseen circumstances (excluding pre-order items). If your order includes a pre-order item, all items will be shipped together on the pre-order release date.
Can I modify my order?
Orders can only be modified within 24 hours of purchase. After 24 hours, we are unable to make changes as your order will have entered the fulfillment process. Please contact us as soon as possible via DM or email!
